Because Teno enables the creation of AI-generated videos, images, avatars, and voices, some uses may involve personal likeness and potentially sensitive data.
3.1 Avatars, Faces, and Voices
If you upload images, video, or audio of yourself or others (for example, to create an AI avatar, face, or voice):
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from the individuals whose likeness, image, or voice you upload.
- You must not upload or use any content of another person without that person’s explicit consent, especially for commercial or public-facing use.
- You must not upload or generate content involving minors without the explicit consent of their parent or legal guardian.
3.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service or any AI-Generated Content to:
- Create non-consensual deepfakes or impersonations
- Mislead others about the identity of a person in a harmful or deceptive way
- Create content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise violates our Terms of Service
We may review or disable access to certain content where required by law or to enforce our policies, while seeking to respect your privacy and freedom of expression.
